Eligibility

Are you eligible for Defensive Driving School through Tucson’s Fun Defensive Driving School? Check out the list below to ensure that you meet the legal criteria for ANY defensive driving school in Arizona. If you can answer these questions affirmatively, then you can take the course!
Remember, you MUST attend a class at least 7 days before you are scheduled to appear in court.

1. You MUST NOT have attended an Arizona Defensive Driving Program for one year from the date of your last ticketed violation.
2. The citation/violation MUST NOT be for a traffic crash involving “serious injury” or “death” of a person or persons.
3. The citation/violation MUST BE for an eligible civil traffic violation.
